Rates
My fee for 60 minute meetings for Individuals, Couples & Families is $250-$300. I work with patients who live worldwide -- and for patients living in NY or FL, in particular, I am happy to provide you with a "superbill" to submit for out-of-network insurance reimbursement. (Patients with out-of-network benefits are regularly reimbursed up to 70%-100%.)

Insurance
For NY & FL residents, I'm happy to provide you with a receipt ("superbill") to submit for out-of-network reimbursement. By being an out-of-network provider, I am never required to submit session notes about my patients to their insurance companies, completely maintaining patient privacy.
If you have health insurance with out-of-network coverage, and live in either New York State or Florida (the states in which I'm licensed to practice), a large percentage of the fee can be reimbursed directly to you by your insurance provider. Typical reimbursement rates are between 70%-100% for out-of-network services. With the regularly changing laws regarding coverage of mental health services, you may have more insurance coverage for out-of-network benefits than you realize. Please check with your plan.
Payment
All major credit cards accepted. Health Savings Account cards & Flexible Spending Account cards are also welcome.
Session Time/Cancellation Policy
I understand the value of your time, and make every effort to have all sessions begin and end on time. If you are unable to make your scheduled therapy appointment, please notify me (by e-mail or telephone) at least 24 hours in advance, so that you will not be charged for your missed session. I also make every effort to offer patients a no-extra-charge make-up session within that therapy week, whenever possible.
